Yoga + IFS Therapy Group

7-Session Yoga + Group Therapy Series

Do you ever feel like there's a part of you holding back — keeping you from speaking up, feeling grounded, or fully showing up in your life?

This 7-session series is designed to help you gently connect with those parts of yourself — the ones that may be carrying fear, grief, anger, or longing —and help them feel seen, supported, and integrated.

Through gentle yoga movement, breathwork, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy discussion and sharing, you'll explore each chakra as a doorway to understanding your inner world. You might meet a throat-chakra part that hesitates to speak your truth, a heart-chakra part that longs for connection but fears being hurt, or a solar-plexus part that holds back your power.

You'll leave each session with a deeper sense of balance, a more compassionate relationship with yourself, and practical ways to embody your healing every day.

Hosted by psychotherapist Julie Anderson Smith, MA, MFTC, IFS-Certified & yoga therapist Jessa Buchalter, C-IAYT, RYT 500
