IFS Immersion Coaching Program
Where You Become Truly Fluent in IFS
A Four-Month Live Coaching Cohort for Therapists & Coaches
Learn the IFS model deeply. Apply it skillfully. Serve your clients now—without waiting years for official training.
You’re here because you know IFS works.
You’ve seen the breakthroughs. You’ve watched clients soften, open, and access something deeper. You feel the potency of this model in your bones.
But getting into IFS Level 1?
Multi-year waitlists
High costs
Limited seats
Constant “Maybe next year…”
Meanwhile, your clients need you now. And you want to feel confident using parts work—ethically, safely, and skillfully.
That’s exactly why this program exists.
Introducing: The IFS Immersion Program
A four-month, closed coaching cohort taught live by
Julie Anderson Smith, MA, MFT-C, IFS Level 2 Trained, IFS-Certified, Program Assistant
A high-support, small-group experience designed to help you:
✔️ Understand the full IFS model
✔️ Practice it with real clients
✔️ Feel confident tracking protectors, exiles & Self
✔️ Integrate IFS into your current modality with clarity
✔️ Experience your own system in the process
Because the model isn’t just learned—it’s embodied.
Is This Program Official IFS Training?
No. And we’re clear about that.
This is an IFS-informed coaching cohort, legally and ethically taught by a Level 2 trained practitioner with real-world clinical experience.
IFS certification takes years.
This program gives you the embodied foundations to start working skillfully now.
