-Five 60-minute coaching sessions (one per week), virtually

-Targeted IFS parts work for mindset shifts that stick

-Self-paced modules and assignments to support your growth between sessions

-Email support between sessions for questions and accountability

Investment

-$1,500 for the complete 5-week program (charged in increments weekly). The cost drops to $1,400 if you pre-pay for all five sessions.
