IFS Coaching
IFS Coaching for Therapists, Practitioners, and Coaches
Grow in confidence, skill, and connection with the IFS model—and with yourself.
Whether you’re newly trained in Internal Family Systems or have been practicing for years, you may find yourself craving more clarity, confidence, and embodied understanding as you bring IFS into your work. Perhaps you’ve felt moments of uncertainty—“Am I doing this right?” “How do I stay Self-led when the room gets activated?” “What if I lose the trail?” These are such natural questions, especially in a model that asks us to lead from curiosity and compassion rather than control.
IFS Coaching is a space to slow down, reflect, and deepen your relationship with the model—so you can trust your Self energy more fully and guide your clients with greater ease.
As an IFS Certified, Level 2–trained therapist and IFS Program Assistant, I offer coaching that blends gentle guidance with practical tools and experiential learning. Together, we’ll explore:
How to work with protectors who get activated in session (yours or your client’s)
Staying in Self-energy when you feel pulled or blended
Developing confidence with unblending, direct access, and witnessing
Cultivating Self-to-part connection—both in yourself and your clients
Building trust in the organic unfolding of the process
This isn’t supervision—it’s a collaborative space to strengthen your attunement, refine your pacing, and reconnect with the joy and wisdom of the model.
Clients often tell me they leave our sessions feeling grounded, inspired, and equipped with a clearer sense of direction. You don’t need to know it all—you just need a safe, supportive space to grow into the IFS practitioner you’re becoming.
If you’re ready to deepen your understanding and practice of IFS, I’d love to walk alongside you. Fill out a contact form and I will text you today.
