Psychotherapy Services

As a Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate (MFTC), I offer therapy in-person and virtually for individuals, couples, and families in Colorado who are ready to deepen their self-understanding, heal relational wounds, and move toward a more connected and fulfilling life.

My approach is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and centered on creating a compassionate, supportive space where all parts of you are welcome. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, grief, family dynamics, or life transitions, therapy can be a place to slow down, listen inward, and uncover new pathways forward.

I believe healing happens through connection — both within ourselves and with others — and that true change begins when we approach ourselves with curiosity, not judgment. Together, we’ll work to foster greater self-awareness, resilience, and self-compassion, building the foundation for lasting emotional and relational growth.

In addition to ongoing therapy sessions, I offer three-day intensives for couples who find themselves at a critical crossroads—whether due to infidelity, persistent conflict, or painful cycles of disconnection. These extended sessions provide focused, immersive support for relationships in crisis, offering a structured space to pause, reflect, and begin meaningful repair. Grounded in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model and tailored to your unique dynamics, these intensives create the opportunity for healing conversations, renewed understanding, and deeper connection. Even if you don't have hope for your relationship, I have hope for you.
